Nia (Neuromuscular Integrative Action) and Cardio Core Dance are fun cross-training programs that provide a non-impact aerobic workout to revitalize the body, mind, and spirit! They utilize movements from dance, martial arts and healing arts to develop endurance, flexibility, balance and strength. All levels are welcome.
Parkinson’s Fitness – Carolyn

Carolyn Cole is a Parkinson’s Specific Fitness Trainer whose students generally experience less pain, increase their stride, re-establish muscle memory, shuffle less, develop greater balance, walk longer distances and stand for longer periods of time, pain-free.

Essentrics is a full body, re-balancing, strengthening and flexibility program which is noimpact, weight-free and safe for all ages. The TECHNIQUE develops lean, strong and flexible muscles with immediate changes to your posture, mobility and vitality.
